Refund Policy

At GrillBrush Shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the terms below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at grillbrushshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • items that have been used
  • items damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • items returned without prior approval
  • gift cards
  • final sale or clearance items, if marked as non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at grillbrushshop@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the wrong item was sent
  • the item is defective

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. If you need an exchange, contact us at grillbrushshop@gmail.com.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at grillbrushshop@gmail.com.
